I am registered blind and after ordering a 12 ft x 4 ft shed I realised it was kerb side delivery which was no good for me so I phoned to ask if there was any chance they could help me get my shed into the back garden via a side gate, the customer service manager told me it was down to driver on the day on if they would help me which was a risk i couldn’t take, I asked once again is there anyway they could get me extra help even if I had to pay, the customer service manager was rude and refused to do anything to help me so I had to cancel the order but when I tried to chase my refund I could not get through every time the phone was answered I was disconnected, when my wife tried on her phone she got straight through, when she passed the phone to me and I started speaking I was disconnected again. We have sent emails which haven’t even been acknowledged. I would advise against buying from Sheds.co.uk or its parent company Sixty Stores. Thankfully I have arranged for a shed to be delivered by another company.

I can see lots of people have had a good experience with sheds.co.uk, sadly this has not been my experience. I placed my order and didn't receive a single piece of communication following my initial delivery confirmation. On the delivery date given I phoned your customer service team who assured me it would be there, it did not arrive and I had taken the day off work to receive the delivery - it turned up the next day without warning. When unpacking the delivery, one of the panels was broken and several of the external panels were untreated - it literally looks as if someone has flicked a paintbrush at them.Your customer service team are unable to provide replacement panels in the time I need them and now are refusing to assist further.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and I'd be really wary of any of your products in the future.**Reply to sheds.co.uk comment 13/07**Your 'apology' is pointless as my issue is not solved. I am being ignored by your customer service team and as such have been in contact with trading standards.

Yesterday I called as I couldn’t find my order confirmation email but had written down that we were expecting our shed to be delivered in the next couple of days. I spoke to someone called Ben who was very polite and really helpful, he found our details and forwarded me a new email.

Awful service! Haven’t yet received shed but service so far has been appalling. Only ordered as was promised an early delivery date but promised delivery date came and went and heard nothing. On constant chasing, they eventually responded and are so rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t answer my question as to why the delivery date wasn’t upheld, just kept replying saying it was now booked in. Despicable and quite worrying how dense people are and how shocking the service is.

Great service, great delivery. The actual shed came with travel blocks on the bottom of each panel that were nailed in hard. This meant that to get them off it affected the wood of the shed as it wasn’t very sturdy.

Poor quality for money paid, shed has been delivered on time but poorly painted, paint was all over the pallet as it was dispatched still wet. many areas not painted at all. Nothing like on the picture. useless manual doesn't help how to build..


Despite their claim of 'Free delivery to most UK addresses', they charge £65 to deliver anywhere in Wales or Scotland, which you only discover right at the end, just before you add your card details. Very misleading. I had got funding for a small local community garden group to buy one of their storage boxes (cost £169). I called up and asked if could it be waived in the circumstances, as the charity could not afford to pay this. Spoke to customer service who explained this charge was imposed by the manufacturer, so he could not waive it. I asked if I could have have the contact details of the manufacturer, but he said they do not disclose such info. Totally inflexible and whilst not rude, not helpful or show any sort of empathy. Very shabby customer service, as can be seen by the other reviews on here. Avoid!

Ordered a shed for delivery mid November. All delivered as expected. Managed to get it erected, not as easy as the site makes out, but we got there. However, in no more than a month, the felt roof covering had completely torn apart. It's not weatherproof in the slightest, and has ripped as though it were nothing more than a sheet of paper.On contacting the Customer Services team, I have now been advised, that as this is wind damage, the felt will not be replaced, and I should "tack down the felting with more tacks as it only looks like you have used minimal tacks around the edging of the felting." (quote copied from email received). We used all pieces provided with the shed, and followed their instructions, yet it appears they are trying to lay the blame with me for not knowing that what had been provided was inadequate!Absolute shambles. Avoid these coyboys at all costs.Now, anyone know where I can buy decent quality felt to replace the tat provided??

The site was easy to use. The shed is being when we would like it delivered. Rest of review will be when it's delivered.

I spoke to a man called Ben and to say he was patient would be an understatement .I was getting my measurements all mixed up and he just guided me.

Easy to use. Good price. Logstore delivered on time as promised. No shortages. Exactly how an online shopping experience should be.

Great service and great products.Any issues regards late delivery due to low stock levels sorted out ASAP.I would recommend Sheds.co.uk every time.
